They gave me good recommendations for visiting Sun Moon Lake which is 18~20 minutes from Yuchi by bus (a 5 minute walk from the accommodation). The town is quiet and ideal for a moment of disconnection. If I ever come back to Taiwan, I'll gladly go there again.
