The rooms are very spacious love having a deck right off the room. Staff is very friendly. The inn is on a quiet street which is nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend The Beech Tree Inn.

Everything in the inn is spotless and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee and tea is available throughout the tea and that's a nice treat. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Absolutely worth every penny.

Central located so that we could walk everywhere for lunch dinner drinks and shopping! Our room was comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast the next morning was so yummy!!

Beautiful rooms (we stayed in 10 & 12), wonderful inn keeper, super friendly and helpful. Amazing home cooked breakfast every day. Comfortable beds, wonderful amenities and superb central location. Spacious complimentary parking is a huge plus.

Guests can relax on the large deck overlooking the gardens or the concierge desk can help arrange activities and reservations. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful in showing us both our room and givings us assistance on how to get around and what to see and do in Newport. The room itself was very good and had all the amenities we required. Very clean and comfortable. Parking is available at the back at no extra cost and that was also very helpful.

Great location adjacent to the oceanfront. Comfortable and large beds. Very clean and large room, including 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table near the TV. Very friendly and helpful staff. In sum - we liked nearly everything! :-)
