The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Check in was smooth and easy as well as checking out.

Set in Chattanooga, The Read House Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property is less than 1 km from Tennessee Aquarium and a 5-minute drive from the University of Tennessee. Lookout Mountain is 5 km away. Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.
