We had a little glitch when we booked but the cruise line were fantastic and we got the room we wanted. They even threw in a bottle of wine to have on the back deck of our suite on the cruise ship. Everything was incredible from the jetted tub, large room, awesome linens, food which was superbly cooked and presented to the outings kayaking, cave hike, squid fishing. The general manager, Tim was available 24/7 and always with a smile and Kelvin the banquet manger did a fantastic job with our meals. They were both was so knowledgeable and gracious as were all the staff. We met some lovely people and could not have asked for a better time after travelling all over SEA for the past 6 months. It was the most relaxed we have been in a long time.

Set in Ha Long Bay, Alisa Premier Cruise offers contemporary accommodation on board. ・クルーのみなさん、気持ちよく過ごせるような接客でした。 ・料理がシーフードメインのコースでほとんどがハロン湾産。どれもとても美味しかったです。海老や烏賊はプリプリで、殻付き牡蠣まで食べられるとおもわなかったので驚きました。 見た目も鮮やかに、ひとつひとつ丁寧に作られたものでした。 ・船内のアナウンスやガイドをしてくださった方の英語は聞きとりやすく話してくださってました。 ・往路で香炉岩、闘鶏岩が見れるのかクルーの方にお訊きしたところ、復路の方が近くみえると教えてくださいました。船内アナウンスはなかったですが、見たいといっていたことをそのクルーの方が憶えてくださっていて、近くになった時に声をかけてくださいました。 ・予約担当のAnnaさんが、予約時のメールで誕生日が近い事に気づいてくださり、船内でケーキのお祝いとギフトをくださいました。 ・ハノイ⇔ハロン湾移動に乗るバス（別料金)が3列シートでかなりゆったり、リクライニングもかなり倒せて、足元は足が伸ばせるくらいにゆとりがあって、Wi-Fiもありかなり快適でした。 ・ツアーのスケジュールが遅れることがなく、スケジュール通りにすすみました。

The Trendy Cruise was an amazing boat and exceeded all expectations. The cruise manager Nhung was fantastic and ensured we had an amazing time. She ensured our needs were catered for. Louis served us in the restaurant and he was excellent and so helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t rate this boat any higher, definitely 5*!

We haven't cruised at all before, as we don't really think it's our thing, but this short trip was just amazing! The fantastic staff, the beautiful, spacious room, the incredible scenery. Housed in a traditional wooden boat, Signature Halong Cruise offers luxurious suites with stunning views of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Bai Tu Long Bay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, smiling and always happy to help the guests with their requests and general questions. The activities and tours organized by the cruise company were really nice, but with our guide ‘Tom Cruise’ everything was even much better! He explained to us everything about the area and with interesting personal input, we learnt a lot about the area. We highly suggest this cruise if you want to stay away from the over crowded area of Ha Long, Bai Tu Long Bay was serene, stunning views and very few cruises around. We loved it here! Signature ship was also nice, our room was incredibly beautiful, clean, spacious and with a huge private terrace and a smaller balcony on a side, our stay was lovely that we regretted not getting a 2D2N cruise. The food was also great and good portions of everything. Thank you Signature Cruise and team for an amazing time!

The room was spacious and very clean. The big bed was the best I had ever slept in (and I have much experience with that). My stay exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good. Thank you for your hospitality for all the hotel staff.

There is great food, a wonderful tour plan and polite staff. Anna was very helpful in planning the tour. She is very polite and responds quickly to all your questions. If I go again, I would prefer Alisa Cruise again.
