The place was in a good location, everything was near, also for the staff were very welcoming especially Chi and tu which they manage to get everything we need for a good stay.

Sometimes the photos of the hotel are much nicer than the actual hotel but in this case, it was as good as the photos. The location was a close walk to the lake, the water puppet show and the hop on/off bus ticket booth. The rooms and hotel common spaces were luxurious. The service was what I would expect in a 5-star hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

We travelled with our 11-month-old baby, and they helped us with everything we could imagine and beyond. Starting with carrying our luggage, crib set up, through elastic hours of early check-in and late check-out without any pressure, with arranging laundry for us. The room was perfectly clean so the baby could crawl on the floor without stress. And I don't have to mention that the location is perfect - minutes form everything you want to see and experience in Hanoi. It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and we will be back for sure! Highly recommend it!
