The team is amazing, and the property itself is a masterpiece—full of art, intricate details, and fine architecture. The food was outstanding, but what made the experience even more memorable was Rafael at the restaurant. He is simply exceptional. From his body language to the way he addressed and received my requests, he showed incredible understanding, respect, and professionalism. He is a true jewel, and JW Marriott should be proud to have him representing them so perfectly.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The room was pretty basic but has everything you need and is very clean, and the bathroom is quite large. One wall of the bathroom is a window but has coverings/screens so nobody can see in and bugs can't get in, but so that it is always airy and doesn't get mouldy in there. Beds are very comfortable and huge! Restaurant is tasty and has quite a large selection, and we arrived late but the owner still had them make something quickly for us. There is also a water filter there that guests can use anytime. The pool is great and also of course the beautiful ocean is RIGHT there, with lots of places (comfy chairs with cushions if you want, and several hammocks) to sit/laze around if you don't want to swim. We got massages at the spa a couple times which were very comfortable! The resort also has some very cute and sweet cats and dogs hanging around, so that's always an extra plus. Additionally, my husband was having back pain but the resort is a bit far from anything so we couldn't just go out to get painkillers, so the kind staff provided him with something to help. When we were leaving, we had trouble getting a taxi because of Tet, so the staff members helped us arrange a ride. Lovely all around!

Sun & Wind Paradise Bungalow features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels and bed linen are offered. Convenient location and had everything we needed! Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Basic kitchen facilities but perfect for us. The area has some excellent cafes for breakfast/linch/dinner and it’s not far to walk to the beach. Mr Dung was so helpful and even offered to pick us up from the airport after our early flight.

An indoor play area is also available at the homestay, while guests can also relax in the garden. We went to Delta straight from Saigon. This place felt like heaven on earth. Located in beautiful garden, surrounded trees with all kinds of tropical fruits, the coconut candy manufacture right on premises, amazing homemade food. Bikes to rent for free. Butterflies everywhere. All family run and environmentally friendly. Don’t expect luxury, expect amazing authentic and serene place, where you get some amazing rest an eat as fresh as it gets.

All the staff were very concerned and friendly. We stayed with a baby, the three of us felt very well cared for.
