Modern/nice hostel, friendly staff, great kitchen & common areas. Bathroom in/attached to the hostel room and additional bathrooms in the hall. Happy hour is great for cheap drinks for those travelling on a budget. Location is decent I was able to walk to most things and there’s a tram stop nearby to get you to the train station. Laundry service was great.

Really convenient to the cathedral, located on the main shopping street, which is pedestrianised so no traffic noise. Lovely decor touches which makes the room a bit more unique than a bland hotel chain. Wonderful staff - I arrived off an international flight very early and they prioritised cleaning the room so I could check in early, which I really appreciated.

Lovely roof top pool and good quality breakfast.this is a great hotel if you are on a budget. Located next to a supermarket. Good range of restaurants close by and 10 mins to the beach

Good option for budget hotel.

Amazing staff working there, very helpful. Hotel is okay, but could be better for the Novotel chain. The room was fine, we did not expect much, everything was clean. Nice pool and outside lounge, but working hours are limited. If you are staying for 1 night, you cannot use the pool in the morning as it will be open from 12.

Very comfortable to get to by metro, excellent breakfasts and, as always in this chain, everything is very high quality

if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in milan THIS IS IT ❤️ amazing customer service, great distance from metro (cca 10 min) and supermarket (5min) and the best local restaurant Carmen 2. It has also many useful amenities like fridge, hair dryer and shared kitchen with everything you need 😊 I fully recommend!!!

Close to supermarket, metro and tram stations which links to main tourist attractions. Room was exactly like the photos, staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Milan but on a budget and don’t mind staying slightly outskirt (i.e not near Duomo or Centrale station). No concerns about safety in the area
