Location was great with beach front and an short walk to the restaurants and bike hire. Simple authentic Japanese accommodation which was exactly what we were looking for.

The location is close to a hot spring and a tasty udon noodle house. Elegant design of old Japanese house, very clean and comfortable. The explanation of the host is simple and warm. We will definitely use it again.

It’s a beautiful house and a quite area ! I had a great time with guesthouse Yashima! Everything is clean and tidy. House owner is very kind and warm. This place is definitely a great place to stay if you wanna experience Japanese culture and food in Takamatsu . Also it’s very convenient to visit all the islands around this area!

We loved our stay here. Super nice staff and the location is excellent. Sleeping in a lovely Japanese style room with big windows and door facing out onto the ocean was magical. We would have loved to have stayed longer, it was one of the best places we stayed in all of Japan!

Traditional Japanese with retro feel. Loved the space and all the art books. Hosts picked us up and dropped us off at the port which we really appreciated

Excellent budget hotel, very close to train and bus station. Good self serve Japanese and Continental style breakfast. Fast internet.
