The rooms were clean and the personnal qualified. The breakfast was good having a mix of everything but of course mainly japanese food as expected in this area of Japan which is not Tokyo. The hotel has a coin laundry which is appreciated as we used it. The onsen is normal for this kind of hotel but always appreciated and products are good. I especially liked the shaving foam with mint perfume (I even tried to buy it in a drug store but could not find the same). Parking for free and only 3 min walk to station. My son enjoyed to watch the Shinkansen leaving Shinjo.
