It was lovely to have onsen in the room. The room was so spacious, so quiet and so clean. I got half board, dinner kaiseki style was wonderful. Very nice place to stay.

The most relaxing and welcoming location in our trip in Japan! Warm and welcoming staff, wonderful and very comfortable room, intimate onsen, the most excellent dinner we ever had. Dinner and breakfast were top quality and elegantly served.

The room is bigger but the bathroom is very small,as small as the washroom in the airplane.But the good thing is we can go to the Onsen hotel opposite to taking bath or enjoy onsen for free!

The buffet was stellar, every dish I had there was something I'd be glad to be served in a restaurant. Excellent bedroom with a view. The position is literally a 10 minutes walk from the photo points of the Jigokudan valley. There's an arcade in the basement floor. The public onsen is basically a theme park.

The staff were very friendly, and the hot spring (Onsen) was very nice. The hot spring facilities were well established and clean. Even though I couldn't communicate well due to online system problems, I was able to go to the accommodation comfortably with a kind manage. The bed was so comfortable, and I was able to ride the train on time because the staffs prepared meals and transportation at the very requested time. I really enjoyed Japanese culture at this Ryokan. I highly recommend it, and I want to go again! *you can go to the main street and tourist spot by walking.(15-20minutes)

The room was so spacious and the food was amazing as well. All the facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor Onsen! Staffs are genuinly kind and very helpful. I will definately visit again:)
