They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work. The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset. The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.Guest review byAdrianYoung couple
