The outside onsen is gorgeous. My room was large, pleasant, comfortable. Every little detail to feel well was there : katana, tea, fresh water. Look for their name beside their car. The staff were friendly to a fault and even if they can't keep up with English, they'd do anything to help you. The rooms are Japanese style tatami rooms so sparse of furniture. Dinner was good and after dinner staff came and setup the futon mattresses on the floor.
