The staff were fantastic. Special mentions to David the lifeguard who ran a very tight ship. The pool was spotless and he took no nonsense when people misbehaving. Anna on Checkin extremely helpful and because of her we got a lot out of the short time we had in Venice. And Fransisco on the tour department don’t bother looking anywhere else he is very knowledgeable and his trips were excellent value. The shop was great too and very reasonable and well stocked

Awesome location, very clean apartment, responsive host, comfy main bed (futon bed - ok), lovely snacks - although we didn't use them, washer and drying rack (thanks!). Just a wonderful spot - do not hesitate to book! We hated to leave.

No-nonsense friendly family hostel, informal, easy going, large room, lovely people. Would return in a wink! With a Lime scooter you are in Verona arena within 6 minutes.

We were passing through from Zermatt on our way to Malpensa Airport in Milan. This stay was a no nonsense and friendly affair. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities clean, as the hotel just opened the week we were visiting.
