Comfortable bed and futon. Two T.Vs. Well equipped and everything worked. Well stocked with coffee, soaps, kitchen towels etc. great base for a couple of nights. Central location.

This property was perfect for our needs. Exceptionally clean, convenient to the train station, very functional. High points: reception staff, outdoor lounge, free coffee. We stayed here on arrival and departure so you will see this same review twice. It is the consensus of our group that we will return.

Heating was insufficient and the room was cold. Futons were thin and not the best. Food at breakfast was good but not enough hot. I would not recommend the hotel.

Room was as depicted in the picture. Very spacious with kitchenette, small dining table and futon. Bathroom was a good size and was easy walking distance to the main street. Host communication was excellent, they were extremely responsive to messages and check in was very quick and easy.

Amazing location, very quiet and relaxing, in the middle of the countryside, The room was big and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The room had a cute terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. Good breakfast, offering a variety of home-made cakes, tarte and croissant. With a 10 minutes walk you could reach the Piscine Carletti, a public thermal hot springs.

This is a great place to stay as its very close to Roma Termini. Clean, modern, no-nonsense and great value for money. The reception were really helpful, as I needed something printed, they were very happy to help.

Great place; everything within walking distance - close to all major sights of Rome and Vatican. At the same time you sleep in Trastevere which translates into restaurants serving real food for real people, not defrosted pizzas for tourists. The street is relatively quiet for the area with only few cafes and not so much nightlife as in other parts of the district. Great owner, we appreciated no-nonsense approach and assistance.
