Le Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya se trouve à Kusatsu. La source thermale Yubatake de Kusatsu et la gare routière Kusatsu-Onsen sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pied. We loved the atmosphere and especially loved loved loved the vegetarian breakfast the chef prepared especially for us. It is definitely a highlight during out Japan Trip. Thank you so much for the memorable time :)

This ryokan exceeded all our expectations. Located in the heart of Kusatsu Onsen, it provided easy access to the town centre and bus station. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed their breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and it was different both mornings. A special highlight was being able to enjoy the onsen without any issues despite having tattoos that I can't cover.

L’établissement Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 se situe à Takasaki, à 28 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Musée du patrimoine ferroviaire d'Usui Pass. While the location was a bit out of the way (roughly 25min drive from Takasaki station), it was in a beautiful and quiet spot surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom. The room we had was the biggest out of all the places we stayed in Japan, was clean and comfortable, and had a private garden with covered deck and outdoor bath, which was absolute bliss after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hospitality shown to us by the staff was exceptional, and we had no problem communicating through limited Japanese/English. They served traditional meals, which were beautifully presented and a delight to eat, having small servings of lots of different things. We made use of the free bicycles and had a great time exploring the area while getting a bit of exercise.

L’établissement Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) vous accueille à Kusatsu, à respectivement 45 km et 14 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Parc aux singes de Jigokudani et Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. Une merveille de A à Z. Chambre somptueuse et propre. La patronne était absolument charmante et dévouée. Pour dire, elle à même aidé à ajuster nos Yukatas avant que nous sortions dîner en ville. L'emplacement est impeccable, à côté du splendide parc de Kusatsu. Nous avons regretté de n'y passer qu'une nuit.

L’établissement Minakamisansou se situe à Minakami, à 36 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Station de ski de Gala Yuzawa. Il met à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un parking privé gratuit. Super Ryokan situé à Minakami. Nous avions une chambre traditionnelle très grande avec une vue magnifique sur le mont Tanigawa et sur la nature environnante. Les repas et le petit déjeuner sont très bons. Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant. Ils ont fait l’effort de parler anglais avec nous.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. Tout. La gentillesse du personnel. Goûter d'accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner japonais. 4 onsens libres d'accès. Localisation près de la gare des bus et du centre. A recommander.

This hotel is close by Otaki no Yu, and reasonably walkable to the center of the village. The space was clearly remodeled recently and so the rooms are super nice, clean, and it's clear that the hotel has spent great attention to detail! I also really liked the ease of use of the onsen facilities. I have been to many japanese style inns and this was the most clean, orderly, and good working condition that I've encountered. I also thought it was nice that there are only 4 rooms here so it never felt busy or crowded. The staff were also all very kind and helpful. They made a great breakfast both days, with good variety of dishes and high quality of ingredients. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

L’établissement Sekizenkan Kashotei Sanso se situe à Nakanojo, à respectivement 49 km et 36 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Station de ski de Naeba et Ishidan-gai Steps. - Private Open-air onsen! :) - The room with tatami area and open-air bath immaculate! - room is very spacious in all aspects (toilet, bedroom, living room, bath). It is even bigger than it looks in the pictures - large comfortable beds - delicious dinner and breakfast served in a private dining room - lots of activities to do - night light show at the "Spirited Away" bridge, massage chair, pantry/ lounge, and If the private onsen in your room is not enough for you, you can explore the various shared onsen. - nice items at the souvenir shop - friendly and accommodating staff - great location - it is just a minute walk to and from the bus that takes you to the train station, likewise it is walking distance to many cafes and to Asunaro which serves chicken tonkatsu that your grandparents will serve to their favourite grandchild.:)

Situé le long de la rivière Houshi, le Houshi Onsen Chojukan propose un bain public d'eau chaude, une cuisine japonaise et des hébergements de style japonais pourvus d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Très belle maison. Nous y étions en hiver et sous la neige c’était magnifique Les bains sont très beaux également et la nourriture super.
