The Lady manager is a no nonsense woman whom I have much respect for. She is an asset to the Kentish Hotel. I will stay there in future because I am always met with good vibes, hassel free reservations and a kind smile 😃

The location is quite central and just a short walk away from cafes and bars on Ponsenby.
