The llahuar lodge is one of the best hostel lodges I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a long hike to get there but it’s so worth it for the tranquil and natural hot springs at the base of the canyon. The food provided at the restaurant is tasty and reasonable. The family running the place is incredibly warm and kind, the best Peru has to offer. Try to take a dip after dark to enjoy the Andean night sky, shooting stars, and the Milky Way above.

The location itself was absolutely perfect. The rooms absolutely in a good shape and very clean. Top cocktails at the Bar located to the hot springs. We also understand that this needs a lot of effort and manpower to keep it like it is. Therefore the hotel price is acceptable.

Very basic lodge, which was far from clean, especially the bathroom. The location of the camp is really fabulous with the natural hot springs you can use.

Really wonderful garden with a hot spring pool. The view is amazing and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended after a day of hiking to relax.

The location is stunning. Any minor inconveniences are unimportant when you think about how close to the nature and beauty this place is. The hot springs pools can be accessed day and night. The atmosphere is nice, the owner is lovely.
