Comfortable, super clean, new rooms and beautiful look, great balcony with views and away from all the noise ... yet only a short walk to all of the action and transport. A good base to visit both Saranda and Butrint.A small market with everything you need next to the villa. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it. the host is wonderful, has many tipps what to do and where to go and is really interested in your well being the shower was really really hot at any time of the day if you wished and you could regulate it easily the house has got a large veranda with a long table and chairs facing a beautiful garden with lots of different flowers the internet is fast so that we could stream one of our favourite films the AC is very quiet and powerful so it doesn‘t bother you when you sleep. we really enjoyed our stay one tipp: google didn‘t lead us up to the road where the house is but stops on the main road, as it doesn’t seem to know the road leading to the house so check 5 mins before you arrive where to leave the main road as you can avoid having to do a u-turn 😉

We were met by a very extraordinary couple of very nice, kind and hospitable owners. They always helped us with the choice of nearby restaurants and beaches and always were responsive to every request and question of ours. Truly amazing people with whom it's a pleasure to talk about everything. The apartment itself is located in a very good zone, being very closely to the beach and having a free parking. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We'll definitely come back to this great apartment. We very much liked it. Everything was top notch. We recommend this apartment to everyone who wants an excellent choice for an apartment in Ksamil.
