Brilliant place to stay! One of the best breakfasts in any hotel ever! Really super friendly staff. Great hot shower. Really comfortable bed. Car parking right outside the room window at the side of hotel. Great wifi. Supermarket below hotel. Really quiet hotel from 23:00 - 08:00. Warm radiator in room.

A beautiful apartment with modern equipment, two bedrooms, one has no windows but has a ceiling ventilator, so no problem. The other bedroom has a window with a mosquito net which is useful in the summer. The kitchen has a stove and a kettle and there is a washing machine which we used. There is a large tv, too. The place is very clean. Owners live upstairs so in case of any problem they are ready to help. We enjoyed our stay very much! The street is being reconstructed right now, so when they finish it will have a brand new asfalt pavement. But it is still accessible by car, no problem there. Overall, I highly recommend to stay here if you travel to Goris. :-)

This is an absolute mansion with beautiful decore and extremely spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and the overall facilities were like a 5 star hotel. The owner was a delightfull person who really made us feel welcome and the check in and check out process was really smooth. We would highly recommend this place

It appeared to be like home. Olga was so kind and attentive to smallest of the needs. It is a full independent apartment with beautiful carpets, sofas in bedroom and in lounge and sunfilled balcony. In winter the cocktail of warm sunshine and cold wind that not only matures juicy grapes but also offers elixir of pure Nature to humans. Olga welcomed me with food: the best cuisine of Caucasus everyday! After harassing time in Yerevan hostel I felt sweet joy of my home. Her Washing machine is like a magic wand: all my clothes including cap and my down jacket.All washed and dried quick in sun and wind. She arranged a very good car and young man Vahed to take me to Tatev Monastery It was exhilarating experience. 6th January is Armenian Orthodox X-Mas and I wish her Merry XMas! May she stay Blessed and kind!

Excellent choice to stay here. Everything was perfect. Room, place, mountains’ views, staff, service. Owners, Armenian grandfather and grandmother was very kindly. I was feeling like I was grandson came with visiting to my grandparents. I loved them.

My stay was perfect. The family was very accommodating, and organised my taxi for departure to the next destination. A short walk to the city centre, hot water, great kitchen with everything I needed. Lots of space, and huge balcony looking out to the historic caves. I couldn't ask for anything more. ☺️👍
