The host is one of the best I ever had to deal with. Easy to communicate, both in Russian and in English, very helpful and wholesome. The apartment itself is very pretty and has a design that goes with Gyumri all the way. It was very clean, had all the necessities in place (even a washing machine), extra blanket which is not so obvious and there was a place to left the car safely just in front of the apartment. The location is just 10 minutes walk from the main square and not much more for the best Armenian cuisine restaurant I tried so far - Gwoog. I highly recommend this place for those who want to spend some time in Gyumri.
