Amazing location and a very friendly host. You are immersed in the rainforest; We spotted cassowary and his chick in the early morning. They are frequent visitors there as there are quite some plumtrees in the garden. The room is very clean and no bugs inside :)

Cow Bay Cabin is simply magical. As soon as you enter, you can feel the love for details and the care in the little things. The house is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and has everything you need to spend carefree days in the middle of nature. Highly recommended!

This house is a dream ! Especially arriving after a long trip from NL it is the best place to relax , unwind and get used the the Australian rhythm … the house is secluded , you are right in the tropical jungle but very close to cow beach , which next to cape tribulation is the best beach in Daintree ( go there for breakfast sunrise….) Furthermore the house offers you everything you need , all utilities are there as well as the basics to BBQ and to cook , very helpful … we got good recommendations from Scott … All together we as a family really loved to stay here, it made an unforgettable start of our holiday ! The kids loved the WIFI and the bath 🛀 with the view 😜

The house itself was absolutely stunning. It had everything and more that we could wish for and in the end we wished that we could have stayed longer! The view is incredible and Dean is super nice and helpful! Huge respect to Dean for building this incredible house!

    The house was absolutely beautiful. A work of art in itself. Every area looking out onto the rain forest. This included an out door bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed.

    Loved our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater and cook ourselves a nice meal and we really enjoyed cooking outside. The outside bathtub was so lovely and relaxing too. Jill was also very helpful with local recommendations on where to explore during our stay.

    The location is excellent with magnificent views. I particularly loved the open kitchen and bathroom giving you the feeling that you are part of your surroundings. The outside bath big enough for two was an extra treat. We spent hours lying in bath looking at the stars. The absence of technology like Tv was great for an even better nature experience. The fresh fruit breakfast was excellent combined with the good coffee provided.

    Wonderful paradise in the middle of the rainforest. Great view, outdoor basin to relax, perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen. Clean and quiet, still very good location to spend a few days in the rainforest. Good tips and map from host to discover the area. Would definitely come back.
