A very unique place with plenty of amenities and cleanliness. We truly admire the work they did with the 745 tram; it was a wonderful experience spending time there with friends and family. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen, although small (which is understandable since it was a tram), had an outdoor area where we could barbecue and cook our meals more comfortably. The firepit area and especially the living room, which felt like we were traveling, made it all incredibly fun!

The accommodation was light and spacious with absolutely stunning views across the pond and over the vineyards. We saw kangaroos hopping through at dusk and during the morning, and lots of birdlife. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. They have screen doors to keep out any mozzies. Very well equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, plus an iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. The finer details, such as the fully stocked wine fridge, the freshly cut roses from the garden, and the gorgeous botanical haircare and soap products, made the experience extra luxurious. The service at the cellar door was also excellent- thank you Faith! And the native gardens on the estate are definitely worth a wander around. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay (with great wine!)

    Self contained, with both rooms having their own bathroom. Fully equiped kitchen which included bacon, eggs, a loaf of bread and proper milk for our included breakfast! And the restaurant is fantastic, beautiful food and the staff are great. Whole property is fairly accessible for wheelchair users without much effort.

    We arrived after office hours and staff were readily available by phone for directions on how to check in. Nicely appointed cottages along a fairly quiet road. Kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Close to vineyards and other attractions in thre Yarra valley, as well as to nearby towns where one can get groceries and takeaways. Fully equipped kitchen. Refridgerators were well stocked with milk, yoghurt, butter, jams, eggs and bacon! Bread, coffee/tea were also provided. Complimentary bottle of Chardonnay.
