The hotel has a perfect location in the center of Plovdiv, Kamenica 1. It's a modern building with smart solutions, very secure and comfortable. There is also free parking at the hotel. From the photos and reviews, I obviously thought I'd like this apartment, but I still feel like I totally lucked out with this place. I initially wanted to stay in the old town, but having visited I think this is a better part of town to stay. The old town is pretty but not much is open after 6, so there's a bit more life around here and you're still only 10-15 minutes walk from anything in the old town. But don't worry about noise: I'm a very light sleeper and found the sound insulation very good. Not 100% sound-proof of course, but when I was sitting outside at night and then came in, I noticed it getting significantly quieter once I closed the door. The bathroom is small, but there's some shelf space. The apartment itself is bigger than I expected from the photos and while small for an apartment, it's bigger than most standard hotel rooms. The kitchen has a nice selection of teas and coffees, and some basic herbs & oils if you want to cook. The host was very kind and accommodating, and the views from the balcony were wonderful. Overall, fantastic and I highly recommend it.

Super comfortable apartment in a new building with parking. The host was very kind and responsive and gave perfect instructions for check in etc. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you need. Very modern inside, great shower/bathroom and comfy bed. Bonus is that it’s pet friendly and close to the park. Would definitely go back if in Plovdiv again.

The apartment is directly in the city center but it is possible to park the car for free in the courtyard. From outside (both from the main street or the courtyard), it does not look like nice, but inside it is a nice and well-equipped aparment. Even, if the main street Tsar Boris III Obedinitel is a busy avenue, the windows are protecting you well from the noise, moreover, the bedroom is located on the other side (courtyard). The price is very reasonable. Two important notices: 1.) there are free parking places in the late afternoon or evening, during the day (from about 9:00), the parking is fully occupied. 2.) be "online" on the day of your arrival as you will receive detailed information about the access to the apartment.

    Hurrah, first stay in our trip in Bulgaria with a good bathroom, temperature tab, and full showercabin, so no wet floor! Also the masterbed has elestic undersheet so you can actually turn a few times in bed without waking up on the bear matras, a rare thing! Kitchen has everything, including dish towel, and dishwasher. Big cosy couch for the whole family.less than 10 min walk tot old town, so nice location.

    This is a fantastic apartment, very conveniently located next to Plovdiv city centre. Shushi is so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We had everything we needed for our stay, including a kitchenette, a washing machine and parking, and really enjoyed this lovely apartment. Highly recommend.

    Great place, spacious, clean, had all sorts of amenities - fully equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher), very nice balcony area, location was around 15 minutes by foot to Kapana which was fine for us, just next to Old town. There was parking space around. The closest 24/7 store is around 10 minutes by foot.

    This was a lovely, bright, spacious and clean apartment. Well located and within minutes walk of all Plovdiv’s attractions. It was a 10 min easy walk from the train station It had a well stocked kitchen if you are cooking. The bathroom is a bit quirky with the shower in an “open” space but it works fine (and I think normal here) Would happily return
