The location is very nice, super-quiet, nice neighbours up and down the street, lots of walks along the river or cycle routes. The apartment is well equipped, there was even extra food in the kitchen cupboard presumably left by previous guests in case someone needs a quick meal of pasta or some coffee/tea. It is only 3km to the nearest main station for a connection to Berlin (1hr 15mins) so a day-trip is easy to organise. The courtyard offers private, secure parking and a communal grill area for guests to use as they please.
