    The location couldn't be better and the acomadation was spacious, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Right on the bank overlooking the Nile on an small island which was occupied by a Nubian village. A few restaurants an easy walk away. The owner and his family were onsite and provided transport to and from the island and to any sites we wanted to see. It was a great place to see this part of Egypt. Mr Awi also arranged transport for us to our next stop in Luxor

    The structure is right in front of the public ferry dock so it's very easy to cross the Nile Amira helped us with organizing trips and everybody was very kind The terrace, the room, the bathroom were great and we even had access to a kitchen with a fridge Very positive experience and I will return to Nuba Dool for sure Thanlk you Amira and all your family!

    Besides the amazing Elephantine island and the nice rooftop, what makes the stay at Abu Guest House really unique is Abu. He arranged for us all the activities we wanted to do (felucca, boat to the Kitchener's island or to the Nubian villages, Abu Simbel, taxi to Luxor). He is a very good cook and always prepare the best beverages. Besides that, the guest house offers nice and simple little rooms with AC. 5 minutes from the nearest public ferry (south). Really quiet and peaceful environment.
