This villa is in a great location near the Meloneras beach and several restaurants and bars as well as only a 15 minute walk from the main area of Meloneras. It’s exactly as described and has plenty of room for 5 adults- the garden area is lovely to relax from and sheltered from the wind. It’s very well equipped and Letitia could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She hand delivered a new bbq and was helpful with communication regarding the pool maintenance work. As the pool was out of action during our stay she arranged day passes at hotels in the area. Such 5 star treatment 😎

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. There is everything you may need and more! I stayed there for a week with my best friend and we had the best time. The position is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The best part of the flat is the terrace, where you can eat and relax. You can move around the island easily on bus, this place is perfect if you want to enjoy your holiday in Gran Canaria :)

Very clean property, classic Mediterranean style. Location is far from the beach so make sure you have a car or bus connection fits your plan, big supermarket 5 min walk away. I would stay there again. Bedrooms get really dark at night which is excellent fora good night sleep. Parking is on street and ok for a small car, I never had bigger problem finding one. Barbara, the host replied to all my questions in good time.

Amazing stay and we are definitely coming back soon for another chilling at the beach kind of vacation! The weather there is amazing all year round and this place is a small oasis in the middle of the dune with a door that opens straight to the beach! Really modern and clean apartment in a great location. All amenities are brand new and the apartment was as clean as it gets. The host Franc met us and let us in to the apartment and explained everything for us. He was really helpful and informative. The balcony/big terrace was great - sunny all day. There is everything you need, washing machine was a real bonus and much appreciated. We could see the beach and the sea from the balcony and a really short walk to everyhing. Parking was outside the building. From there is a short drive to other beautiful beaches and towns in the south of Gran Canaria.
