The villa is in a great location on the outskirts of Lajares, with great views. The property is really well equipped, is very spacious and beds are all comfortable. Alfredo is great host and was really helpful with providing directions and check-in details ahead of our stay. He kept in touch throughout our time here, offering to recommend activities, beaches and places to eat. He let us stay in the villa on out final day for as long as we needed which was perfect as we had an evening flight.

The biggest advantage of this place is the location. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that has its own amenities: Swimming pool with showers and bathrooms, outdoor gym, Street workout, Tennis courts, Very well-equipped apartment: Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Toaster, Garden furniture on the terrace, Two deckchairs in the garden, Hair dryer, Clothes dryer. Kitchen utensils needed Cleaning products... We were welcomed with two small beers, a bottle of water and a salty snack. There are extra pillows and a duvet in the bedroom

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this apartment; it completely exceeded our expectations and was everything we hoped for! It truly felt like a green oasis, with a beautiful garden bursting with plants and flowers, and a lovely, inviting terrace – perfect for relaxing. A huge bonus was the free access to the swimming pool. Even though it was available to guests from a few other houses, we often had it all to ourselves, which was fantastic! The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. This location also proved to be an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, though we'd highly recommend having a car to make the most of your trips. All in all, a wonderful stay that we'd gladly repeat!

    We had a great time at Casa Nisamarita. The house is very well located and close to everything. It was also clean and comfortable for our four residents. The kitchen is fully equipped. And I think the only thing we were missing was clothes pegs for drying clothes and towels in the wind :)

    Loved the terrace in front of the house and the calmness at the end of the street! The house and especially the kitchen was super well equipped. The house was beautifully furnished, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Very practical was using a door code instead of a key! Little station for surfers to dry their wetsuits was a cherry on top. Thank you, for being such an attentive and kind host as well!
