The property had everything we needed travelling with a 10 month old. It was spacious, very clean and nice and quiet which was just what we were looking for. Netflix was a bonus as we were tucked in early each night! Beautiful beach on your doorstep and shops and restaurants approx 15min walk.

We are a family of 5. Parents and 3 boys 14,16,17 years old. The big villa was perfect for us. We are a very active family and we loved the very private swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor were big and with airconditioning. The two bath rooms with showers and toilet were not that big or new but we don't care much about that. 1 shower was in a bath tub and I had a nice warm bath once. Kitchen and utilities were almost complete. My wife always want fresh coffee and not the Nespresso and there was no regular coffee maker but probably for the next guess there will be. The induction stoof was perfect for cooking milk or eggs. There was a dinner table inside and outside. There was a big couch inside. There were lounge chairs and beds outside. There was a bbq outside that we haven't tried out. The swimming pool was super nice and we could swim from early morning till late after midnight if we keep quiet but that was not easy with 3 high energy boys. There was also a cinema room with a super large TV screen with Netflix and internet. There was a washing machine that we used a couple times. We also got starter products like mosquito spray and local food products. The location was very good too. Supermarket and 2 restaurant/bars were a 5 min walk and the beach/boulevard was a 15 min walk. The neighborhood was calm and very safe for us and our rented car. The 2 host, a mother and a daughter, were super friendly and helpful if needed. We stayed here for 8 nights and we are completely satisfied and we will sure come back to this Villa Nevada if we would go for the holidays again to Mallorca. This property was beyond amazing and Pedro, the owner is a complete star, nothing was too much trouble, the advice on the best beaches and restaurants made the holiday, or we could have just gone to the usual tourist places. My little girl of 3 is autistic and the chickens made her stay, we fed them every day and fresh eggs from Pedro. The evenings when the girls went to bed were the holiday for me any my partner having a barbeque every night and perfect quiet. We have already booked for next year

We loved the property - it had everything we needed! It wasn’t overlooked and was surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The pool was lovely, the beds comfortable and it was incredible to sit out at night and watch the sunset and see the stars! Thank you Finca S’hortet.

    The pool is lovely and the property is a very traditional rustic finca. We enjoyed the outside patio and chairs the most as well as the pool which was a lovely temperature. The kids enjoyed the table tennis. It was a good location and had lovely views and was nice and quiet which is what we wanted. It had plenty of options in the kitchen. You do need to drive everywhere - I only say this so other people expect it. It was not an issue for us.

    Apartment is very nice for holiday. Location is just 2 blocks from the nearest beach and main promenade. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Functional designed as well. AC in all of the rooms. Well described and useful information and advises. Good and instant communication with owner.
