Ideally located in the centre of the city with a very friendly team and excellent amenities including gym, bar/restaurant and beautiful very comfortable rooms. Lovely 3 bedroom house only 10 minutes walk from centre of Belfast House has parking space outside house and nice small garden Best thing was Emmanuel the owner gave great instructions to check in and has house well equipped with everything you need for a short stay or longer from coffee machine to air fryer and even left a bottle of Prosecco and snacks And was spotlessly clean Will hopefully stay again and would recommend to friends

Everything about the property. Truly unique and magical, especially with the winter decorations up - felt like I had stepped into a classic Christmas movie. I would love to come back for December sometime. The cinema room again surpassed expectations, great selection of movies including the one we requested. Jordan a polite host who explained use of the property very well and gave good recommendations. Area is very interesting being close to some of the reminders of the history of Belfast which enhanced the stay.

The whole apartment was amazing, with very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a big kitchen and living room. Everything was spotless, and the heating system worked without fault. Also had no issues with communication with the staff, they were very helpful. Location-wise, we couldn't have had it better.

    The house was beautifully clean and well presented, with plenty of kitchen equipment and a nice little table in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and overall the house had a lovely homely feeling. It was in a lovely street, nice and quiet.

    The accommodation was secure and private and close to amenities. It had everything I needed , a kitchen/lounge area and the bedroom had an en-suite . It was clean and in a good condition . There was breakfast options available and they kindly left milk in the fridge. There was a bus stop outside the property which took you to central Belfast. The check in & check out were easy too.

    The suite is cozy and well set out. Located about 6 miles from the centre of Belfast with good bus connections. Welcome breakfast goodies were provided and there is off road parking. Communication with the owners was very good. It is as described with a comfortable double bedroom and ensuite plus a living room / kitchen area. Nearby are plenty of shops, eateries and a pub all within walking distance so a great location to explore this lovely part of the world.

    It was great to have a sitting room and kitchenette to spread out with our luggage. Bus stop was right out the front to take us into town, and was nearby the highway for easy access North to the Giants Causeway in our hire car. Lovely friendly hosts popped over to help us figure out the heating then we were toasty.

    The bungalow is in a quiet residential location and is very cosy and well equipped. Nice touches included some basic condiments in the kitchen and shampoo, soap and shower gel in the bathroom The owner Matt is very quick and responsive to any queries or problems
