Very nice host - the whole family was really welcoming. The place was cozy and roomy. Breakfast served was delicious and wholesome.

We chose this accommodation as a layover on our trip and it went beyond our expectations! We did not expect the host to be so friendly, the food so perfect and the location so calm. If you see this and you like homemade food, wine, spirits, anything really, you need to go here. Even the animals they have are awesome. Everything was perfect. The apartment has the best location in the centre but is quiet at night. It is spacious, new and very comfortable, not to mention pretty, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very very well equipped, the elevator is now operational and the owner very nice and responsive. This is defenitely a first 10 for me in Georgia

This guesthouse was one of the reasons I wanted to go to Kutaisi and I was not wrong. Just starting in this amazing historical house and having conversation with the landlady was worth the travel. The house, as it is called, is really a museum filled with antiques from all over the world. The owner speaks very well English and presented us every object with its history, it was like a free guided tour inside. The garden is also adorable. It is very well located and we easily walked everywhere (and also bolt work very well if needed). As the big room was not booked, we had a free upgrade and felt like members of the royal family in that room. The bathroom just outside of the room was crystal clean and the kitchen too. Our 2 nights stay was like a time travel experience, we enjoyed a lot our stay thanks to the warm welcome and interesting conversations.
