It was a privilege to be the first guests and the first of many to give Konstantino's a 10 rating. We were met by Maria who as well as being most helpful was very generous with the fridge stocked with water and beer and the BEST welcome hamper! Being so hot outside the two built in air conditioners were fantastic. Great stay, thank you.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment. Very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony, air conditioning in each room. It was also nice that there was coffee, juice and water. A very nice, professional and smiling host was in charge of the apartment. I can warmly recommend it!

The check in was incredible. We met at the gate and our luggage taken. When we arrived there was fruit, water, wine and biscuits. Loved the location. One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed!!

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments during our vacation! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute drive from Monemvasia and a short 10-minute walk to the shore. Having parking on the premises was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly loved the cozy balcony, which offered stunning views of Monemvasia and the sea – perfect for relaxing. The fireplace added a charming and cozy touch, especially in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Martina and her mother, who run the property, were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay near Monemvasia!

I loved everything about the place and the surroundings.. lovely place, perfect location, super close to monemvasia.. amazing calming view from the terrace. Unfortunately we could not stay longer but we will choose this place for sure a next time. I can highly recommend. As for the Host kind, welcoming and super responsive..

The entire staff is simply amazing. Katerina and her husband and the woman at breakfast (unfortunately I didn't remember her name) were always kind and answered all our questions. Breakfasts are very rich and tasty, most of the products are homemade. We had a room 202 with a view of the sea and the pool, spacious and with everything you need. There is a mini market within a 2 minute walk, the beach is also very close, 2 minutes with the car and maybe about 10 minutes walk by foot. It is only a 10 minute drive to Monemvasia. We only came for two days, but everything was amazing, we would like to stay longer !

    View from room terrace of Monemvasia is stunning ( Upper bungalows,number 18) although terrace is small. Pool is great and lovely views from the deck. Cleaned daily. Beautiful planting around the bungalows. Great location, easy to walk to newer town restaurants etc. Kids room good size,2 singles,aircon and TV. Kitchen quite well equipped although hob tucked in corner a bit awkward. Staff great.

    Property was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Of particular not, the kitchen was very well equipped and bathroom was smart. Bedrooms were comfortable and the property was quiet. Also, only about 50m from a lovely beach!

    We have spent 5 great days at the property.Location is amazing, directly at the lonely beach, you sleep hearing the waves and breath the fresh sea air, sun raises in front of your eyes. Both beds are very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace. Many cafes and tavernas, supermarket nearby. Friendly and thoughtful host. Thanks a lot. Everything was too

    Clean and comfortable apartment with parking in the backyard, 10 min walk from the pier, 40 min walk from the castle. A small kitchen with basic equipment, large rooms, a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Maria's hospitality and warm attitude towards the guests make the vacation complete. She is such a special woman.

    This is a 5 star place to stay in a beautiful town. Nektaria the owner could not have been more helpful. Everything was top quality, Guy Laroche bedding, too-notch kitchen appliances, superb walk-in shower. We had an amazing stay.
