Nikos and Vivi are amazing, caring and sweet hosts that welcomed us with a smile every day. The room had a beautiful view and the area was very calm and peaceful. We had a great time and would definitely return. Santa Barbara Beach is only a small walk away and our favourite beach in the area.

So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

Great location, wonderful panorama view from the terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The taverna on the top floor has the most beautiful flowers in pots and you can see the bay from there - plus the food is perfect. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear anything from the taverna. They clean the rooms every day.

Absolutely amazing place. If you want to feel.and rest like VIP then this is the place. Dream house. Has everything,close to.the beach (5 min). Situated in small village with plenty restaurants,bars. There is horse riding,obviously boats and even flamingo observation place at about 1 km from house. Magnificent sunsets in this place.

If you re looking for a quiet private place with a beautiful sandy clean beach 300 meters away ( when we were mostly completely alone :-), 15 min walk on the beach leads you the Santa Barbaras beach where you can pop in for a coffee, drink or yummy food) thats the place for you !We rented a car at the airport and had this quiet place to comfort us after some long trips getting to know Corfu, having an early or late night swim at "our" beach. Nearby is a great restaurant Malibu run by a Czech lady that serve great food and drinks, but further there is plenty places to eat and small supermarkets. The owners of the apartments are ready to meet your needs so we had everything for a great relaxing trip. We woud love to come again:).

We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful area, which was also conveniently close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – they answered all our questions and assisted us whenever needed. It was great to have amenities like a washing machine, mosquito nets, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Overall, we felt the quality-price ratio was good.

The location of the apartment is very close to the beach and still quiet. The apartment itself is nice, clean and has enough space for 4 people. We found everything what we needed for almost 10 days staying there. There are two balconies and we enjoyed sitting on the front balcony, which has sea view. The host was very friendly and nice. He even provided us some extra small things for our comfort in the kitchen. We could cooked and ate there well. We really enjoyed our stay there and the communication with the host. We highly recommend this apartment and the host. We will come back when there is a chance. Thank you so much for our good time.

    Really lovely place to stay. 5 minute walk from the beach which has a couple of restaurants and a very small shop just around the corner. Had a mini kitchen with countertop cooker that you could use. Nice private balcony. Private parking just outside. Host is very responsive and replaced the air con remote straight away when it wasn’t working.

    The hosts were warm and friendly. Good for self-catering with a small, well equipped kitchenette and fridge. Good size balcony and good views over the gardens and olive groves.

    Our host was amazing and provided us with clean instructions how to get into the propery. The flat itself is clean, recently refurbished, with two nice bedrooms and terraces, compact kitchen and shower with everything you need. The place is just next to the beach and is amazing value for money. All the communications with hist was really smooth and friendly and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!!!

    Everything! The owners were the sweetest, we felt really welcome! Also the apartment was really pretty and very very clean and the kitchen was well equipped! Overall a super pleasant stay!!!:)

    The outer area was really beautiful, with lots of plants and the room had a view towards the olives and the garden. It was very quiet and peaceful. The location was around 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close from good restaurants. Thank you, Vivi! We had a wonderful time! Very clean also and the kitchenette provided all you needed for breakfast.

    A great studio apartment close to the beach of Santa Barbara. Lovely lovely hosts, daily cleaning service, a nice balcony to have breakfast and sit throughout the day, all we needed in the kitchen to prepare quick meals. This is a great area to be based in Corfu if you want to relax and visit several quiet sandy beaches!

Unfortunately we did not speek Greek, so our communication was limited to lots of smiles, hugs and thanks :) + Beautiful balcony overlooking olive trees and vineyard + Waling up with roostee singing.
