This was our 2nd visit and this time we stayed 2 nights. Its a brilliant place to unwind and spend quality time together. You literally feel as though your on a different planet. Its so quiet and the views are breathtaking. The cabin itself had everything that we needed. We were happy to chill and watch movies all day then go a drive around the cliffs. Highly recommend!

It was a fantastic accomodation in a great location. It was spotless. You could see the hosts had put their hearts into it. There were homemade cookies and Guiness bread left for us on the table (don't forget to take a recipe if you stay there), milk&butter in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed (and even more). The children enjoyed watching some cartoons on Netflix in the morning. The cottage is close to Slieve League, Silver Strand Beach and the folk village. We will definetely be back.

We loved our stay at River View. Kristina and her family couldn't have been more welcoming. It was a last minute booking and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The house itself is brand new, with everything you need - modern, fitted out kitchen, lovely shower and beautiful views. We were only staying for one night but it would make a great base for a few days exploring the area. The house is an easy 10 minute walk from Kilcar village which has everything you need. Kristina was even kind enough to offer us a lift down to the town. This was great value for such warm hospitality in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying on a Tuesday evening to catch the trad session in John Joe's Bar, if you're looking for genuine Traditional Irish Music, this is it.

This was a really great stay while in Donegal! We were lucky to find this apartment. The views of the sea are just amazing and the breakfast in the morning was delicious, which we didn't expect to get so that was a nice touch! It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely place and would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like home while away! Beside that, the whole house is very clean and beds are comfortable.

Set back in a beautiful, peaceful location close to the Blue Flag Fintra Beach. The cottage has everything you will need for an extremely comfortable stay, and if wifi is something you require, a perfect high-speed system is available to connect to, with access to Netflix and more. This cottage has room for everyone. A sun room with the background sound of the stream outside, a fantastic lounge with comfy seats, and a stone floored kitchen with a rocking chair, and even a small dog bed for our Lucy, who loved her stay.
