Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

We enjoyed our lovely trip at heritage Jaisalmer. We had an amazing experience with the resort staff. Loved the whole trip as it was explained in a smooth way to us. They took us for the jeep safari. Amazing experience with the driver of the Thar. Anyone visiting jaisalmer must try this villa. Hoping to come back in our next trip. Highly recommendable for the everyone.

This camp is on the Best camp in Heritage Villa Resort and camp which are big, family rooms, accommodating 4 people with great washroom (however, there was some issue with the hot water, we didn't get any, only cold water, the huge bathtub was useless as we couldn't use it) and spacious room costing Rs.16k that includes pick up and drop from airport or anywhere in Jaisalmer, camel safari, entertainment, dinner buffet snacks and breakfast. The entry starts at 3pm and checkout is at 11am the next morning. They give you the exit gift, ours was a cute camel shaped salt holder. The staff was extremely courteous and the dance+singing program was beyond excellent, done by extremely talented dancers, musicians and magicians. These tents were a bit secluded and unlike other tents didn't have too many people hence more individual attention and peace. Had an amazing time there and was the best experience we had in Rajasthan. This place is a must visit

stayed at Om Luxury Resort with I'm alone during the visit to Jaisalmer. It was a perfect vacation stay. We had a great time and the service was awesome. The property was well maintained and very clean. Even the food was great The cultural programs and the DJ were exceptional. It was great place to hangout with friends or family The only tricky part is the desert safari. Camel safari was provided as part of the room package. But to go to camel safari which happens in middle of desert, you need to go in their Jeeps (multiple packages for that depending on the desert you are going to) for which we have to pay extra.and visit
