A newly refurbished ground floor apartment with great attention to detail. The host was really good at replying to questions or requests. They provided some extras like tea, coffee, water and some croissants which was really appreciated. The washing machine and tumble dryer was very welcome. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, which has a good train service for Catania and Syracuse.

We have a boat that was due to be put back in the water. However, there was a problem that meant we could not stay on board our boat. We booked Casa Diana after 1800 for that evening. When we spoke to the host, she was very helpful, despite us not speaking Italian and she not speaking English. However, we sorted everything and had a great stay. For the money, Casa Diana was exceptional and we would thoroughly recommend it.

    - Absolutely amazing view of the Etna and the coast of Catania. (when there is good visibility, which is not always the case) - Comfortable bed (though a split and not a real double bed) - New, Clean, well renovated. - Nice terrace\ Balcony - Hosts where very nice to us. I got sick and they were super flexible with adding a day, late checkout, and tried to help as much as they could. - Kitchen area (shared with other apartments) is well equipped.

    It's a brand new apartment with modern equipment located 2 steps from the sea and bus stop to Catania and Syracuse, 10-15 minute walking distance to the main square of historical center of the town, downstairs you can find panificio and pizzeria. We stayed 1 week there and found everything for the breakfast left in the kitchen sufficient for our stay, and even a laundry detergent, which is not quite common :)

    The location was great. There was a free parking on the street just in front of the door. The room was spacy and it was clean. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything including shower gels, etc. , but the best thing was the kitchen and especially the oven. There was a breakfast included. Also, the host was very polite and easy going person
