Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

Silvia is the perfect Italian host, kind, speaking English, really friendly, advisable and smiley. The apartment is so comfortable, extremely clean and cosy. I regret we had only one night. There is also coffee and tea for guests to start the day properly, fully equipped kitchen, three absolutely separated, quiet bedrooms, huge spaces and two bathrooms. The host didn’t make economical choose with cheap mattress and pillows like in some other places, all is like they make it for themselves- high quality and comfort. The neighborhood is also calm and quiet with remarkable local restaurants around. I am sure I will be back again and once around Venice- this will be my local home there.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. It is extremely comfortable and well appointed- the heating was especially appreciated as Venice was super cold when we went! The views from the windows are beautiful- could just spend all day looking through them! It's in a quiet and peaceful location but not too far from all the main sites and there are also very good eateries nearby. Gianmarco was the most amazing and attentive host, so kind and welcoming! He gave us lots of interesting historical information about his hometown Venice. Stuff that not many people know about. It was fascinating. Overall we had the most amazing stay and highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Venice!
