We stayed just for one night but we can imagine to stay longer. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. We appreciate we could check in at night hours. It is a good location for visiting historical centre of Orvieto. The breakfast was arranged in the nearby café.

The apartment was easy to find with plenty of parking on the street. It was spacious and attractive with a beautifully equipped kitchen and great bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The hostess had even baked us a delicious apple cake for our arrival!

This was one of the best places we have stayed on our extended trip around Europe. Everything perfect. Close to Duomo and restaurants. Easy to get to from the railway station using funicular. And very well equipped and quiet. Alessandro was very helpful too.

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.

apartment was directly looking out on the main piazza right at the cathedral. Loved having breakfast in the morning looking out at amazing view. Apartment has lots of character , two big bedrooms and decent sized single. Its actually much nicer than in the pics. Loved Orvieto and our stay in the apartment. We went in July and were surprised how quite Orvieto was but it was great to relax before the madness of Rome. Would defo recommend.

Fantastic location right in the town center, but it's very quiet. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The host is very friendly and helped us make taxi arrangements for the next day. Will definitely stay again if visiting orvieto.

    The apartment is in the beautiful old part of Orvieto close to the Duomo. It is large enough for four adults with two excellent bathrooms. Each bedroom has air con. There is a separate kitchen with everything you need. Ex wifi. The host is very responsive and when we got lost we WhatsApped a photo of where we were and he met us there and guided us to the apartment. Fantastic service, thank you Mirko.

    Great location. Spacious & very unique decorations - books everywhere! Good amenities - all well thought out (hanging spaces, desks, kitchen equipments, fans, A/C, lovely toiletries incl shower caps!) Very hospitable host, Mario was efficient, prompt & very helpful.

    Centrally located in stunning Orvieto. A bit of a sweat to navigate through the town as there is road work at the moment (July 2024) but good communication with Sabrina through WhatsApp helped us through that, we had two rooms, very comfortable beds, a kitchen, good bathroom. We parked the car in front of the property to unload and parked it in a garage nearby. Sabrina helped us through all of that, even with our luggage, you couldn’t wish for anyone more gracious than Sabrina.

    Really had a great stay in the heart of Orvieto. The host greeted me and gave me the keys. Everything was comfy and clean, the kitchen well equipped in terms of pans, pots, dishes and cutlery. As hightlighted in the confirmation, there are no oil, salt, spices and other dry food available in the house, but there are few small grocery stores nearby, good restaurants and bars as well.
