we loved everything about the property! Perugia is such a beautiful town and you have access to everything on your doorstep with this location, it is within walking distance from the train station, you have a number of bars and restaurants close by too. Deb went above and beyond for us, was so helpful and accommodating and the property had everything we could need! we were so appreciative of her great restaurant recommendations, and were lucky enough to get discounts along with free breakfast everyday at the local cafe, during siesta time we really appreciated the access to Netflix too! overall, would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to visit again and stay here. thank you so much Deb for everything 💗

I chose this B&B mainly because it was near the airport and offered a free transfer. it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were stylishly renovated, quite newly done and very comfortable. The Farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there’s an excellent restaurant 1.5k away. We received a free pickup and lift back to the airport and a nice breakfast which made it good value for us. Perfect, thank you.

A truly special place. This agriturismo is surrounded by wonderful fields within a small drive from the historic center of Assisi. The authentic and brilliantly renovated stone building is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool, in a secure and peaceful area. As the entire property, the room is tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Really nice and spacious bathroom. The host, Roberta, offered us all the support even before our arrival, making us feel at home and most welcome. It was a lovely family stay!

Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.
