The place was quiet and comfy as expected. The host was really kind and welcoming, she explained us everything which were needed for us during our trip. Some coffee was provided gracefully, which was unexpected ! The space is clearly sufficient and well managed. The air conditionner placed in the bedroom is quiet, even when working. Perfect to stay at the right temperature during hot nights. The bathroom is big enough to keep dedicated stuff into the place without any problem. It is also very functionnal, even if the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to manage into the shower. The kitchen is totally functionnal, with several furnitures and all the kitchen ustensils you need. The best location we had during our trip in Sardina, by far.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful home stay in Olbia, hosted by the wonderful Rita. From the moment we arrived, Rita made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was providing local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, Rita went above and beyond in every aspect. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, exuding charm. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, home-like comfort. Our room was serene, with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The location of the home stay was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was conveniently close to Olbia's main attractions and exquisite beaches. We enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the easy access to stunning beaches. Overall, our experience at Rita's home stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and the beauty of the house and its ideal location made our trip to Olbia unforgettable. We highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful visit to this charming city.

    Tiziano was very helpful and friendly and advised and supported us with reservations of the beaches and excursions. The structure is well maintained and clean. Bathroom and kitchen new and the rest of the furnishings very appealing and beautifully decorated in detail. The pool was the highlight after a long day at the beach. An excellent restaurant is just a 1 minute walk from the resort and the beach can be reached in a few minutes walk.

    The building and apartment is quite new and is very central located. Restaurants and the "Prima Spiaggia" few steps away. The apartment was very clean an nice. The kitchen was good equipped. The host is very helpful and answers any questions very fast. We will come back as soon as we can!

    Antonello is excellent host. The house is spectacular, excellent modern building. You dont have a key, you have a code. The apartment has high quality. Cleanliness, comfort, kitchen with everything you need. WiFi internet. Beautiful large terrace. Supermarket almost in front of the building. In the center of Golfo Aranci! Close to the beach. There was also a sweet gift waiting for us on the day of arrival and 2 bottles of water in the fridge.! It was a great stay! We highly recommend! Thank you so much, Antonello!

    Everything about the apartment was fantastic - the proximity to the market, town and local beaches. The apartment was spotless.     These are self service apartments. No breakfast facilities as you have your own kitchen with the unit. The location was close to the main beaches and a short 20 stroll from the port where there are lots of bars and restaurants.
