We have stayed in Casa Mia for one-week, last week of July 2025, family with 3 children. The house is spacious, with two bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped with large space to serve meals, barbeque facilities outdoor and small swimming pool, perfect for kids while we prepared meals. We loved to stay separated from our kids on the upper floor, and kids loved to have their own floor and bathroom. Location of the house is in a residential area with street and court parking. From here we were able to do many south beaches. Cagliari is 20 min away and easy to access. Restaurants and market facilities are available at few minutes.

Absolutely amazing location right across the road from the beach. Beautiful terrace with the sea view. Everything was new and sparkling clean. The hosts left nice sweet touches such as fresh flowers and light refreshments. The communication was very easy too.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cagliari with SimoArnoHome! Simo was such a wonderful host—she reached out to us ahead of time, shared amazing local recommendations, and checked in regularly to make sure we had the best experience possible. The apartment itself was a delight—much more spacious than it looks in the photos—and you can really feel the love and care that went into every detail of the decoration. It had everything we could possibly need, from thoughtful little touches to all the essentials, making us feel right at home.

    I was in Sardinia to play in a tennis tournament so the location was perfect for the courts. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and the host was great at communication. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need too.

    The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated in a modern style with a well designed kitchen. There was everything that we needed including an iron. I was also happy that we could park our car within the property boundary.

    The apartment is large, spacious, has two bedrooms and a kitchen where things for our first breakfast were waiting for us. Very clean. Private parking, apartment located by the sea, a short drive from Caligiari. The owners were very nice and helpful. Honestly, I travel a lot and the others could learn from Carla and Gianni. Everything at the highest level.

    beautiful quiet setting by the sea. Only noise was bird song at dawn. Gianni couldn’t have been more helpful. Large spacious rooms. supermarket nearby makes it perfect for self catering. Spanish 16th C tower nearby an unexpected surprise
