The experience of the stay is superb! You can actually live like the local Nagasaki people (on the hill) and listen to the sound from the vessel or the Mitsubishi ship yard. Cleanliness , location , Staff at the coffee bar : great service with a friendly smile and loved the little extra artwork detail on the cloth napkins. Coffee and bagels were fabulous!!! Staff assisted getting me a taxi on the day we left too - really appreciated thank you !

Huge room. Beds were great. Great location. Could wash and dry clothes easily. Was very very clean. Loved it! We even had a lounge!

The unit was fantastic for a tall family of three adults. We didn’t use half the unit a it actually had 7 beds, two bathrooms two separate toilets, washing machine, full kitchen and lounge room. It was handy walk to shopping and restaurants and street car. Strongly recommend to any family.
