Very spacious flat, amazing living room, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and customer service was quick to answer. We had an issue with the Internet when we arrived but they tried everything to solve it asap. General nice flat, good location and highly recommended.

Amazingly clean and cousy place very close to Porto. It is not in front of the beach, but it is extremely close to it. We really had the beach-holiday feeling when walking around the nicely modern renovated appartment/house, which had all the facilities you may need. The contact with the property manager was open and smooth, and he gave us good indications to park, move around or whatever we needed. We were with 4 adults and 5 teenagers and the place was big enough to feel fine. We would certainly repeat. The train station is at one stone-throw and it is the best and cheap option to go to Porto. In Espinho itself there are many little shops, also worthwhile to visit.

Really nice place for the money. It has a great garden, large living area for friends and family, a nice TV and nice kitchen. Literally a 1 minute walk from the beach which is great for surfing or swimming. I went with 3 other friends and we all loved it. The location is great as well, it is in a quiet town but you can get Uber's to anywhere for cheap. Definitely exceeded our expectations! Hosts are also so welcoming and nice, also checking if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our time.

    Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for our family of 5. Had all the necessary kitchen appliances and lots of plates, cups, etc. Supermarket just 5-10 min by foot. Miguel was a great host - very helpful, gave lots of tips and even fixed the basketball hoop right away on a weekend! 😊 A house with character that felt like home.

    A great apartment for a vacation. Across the street is the ocean and beaches, close to many cafes and a grocery store. The apartment is clean and cozy. There is everything you need and more - a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hygiene products, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, and many kitchen utensils. Great owners who help and are always in touch. Also close to Porto, Aveiro and Braga. I highly recommend this apartment, would love to come back!

    Many activities within the house/garden e.g. pool, hammock, garden loungers, ping-pong, outside BBQ etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice big dining table and lounge area. Quiet location.

    The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 adults for a weeks stay - A well equipped kitchen, towels and beach mats and deck chairs etc. The large wraparound balcony with its stunning view was its highlight as it faced southwest- lovely sunsets. It is located in a nice corner of esmoriz in front of the beach and near bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely- clean and well maintained.
