it was a bit hard to find the location as Google shows the address in the wrong location in the village, and we needed to ask someone, but it is at the edge of the village near the castle. The hosts are super friendly and showed us around and explained where we can go to see the view They are also operating the nearby restaurant, and the food was excellent

Very nice room, quiet and comfortable, with a little table in the front to eat outside. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Situated very close to the city centre (10 minutes walk) and close to the mountains (30 minutes drive). The landlady was extremely welcoming, and she could speak English and French. The house is located perfectly near Retezat National Park, close to the hiking trails in that area. It is quite a new construction, very well maintained and clean. There are a lot of common areas outside and inside the house where you can spend your time. It has a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, garden and parking spaces. There is also breakfast available upon request. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit that area.

Great location, close to Retezat mountains. Parking, shared kitchen and barbeque areas available. You will find quiet, cleanliness and a nice host! Definetely recommend! And we will definetely choose the same location for our next trip to Retezat!
