Very nice houses, very comfortable, clean. The hostess was so nice and helpful. It is very quiet in the proximity of the houses making for a very relaxing stay. The fireplaces next to the houses add to such s nice vibe. Highly recommend!

It was very nice apartment with quality decoration and everything you need. The kitchen was very convenient for the tourist like us travel a bit of time overseas. We arrived after 8pm in Smarjeske Toplice, having problem with exact location of the property using a Booking map. Without Aleš kind help to guide us personally, it would be almost impossible to find at night. Accommodation is cosy, view is inspiring, and it will be great to spend 4-7 days there in summer or early autumn. Accommodates couple + small kid max.

This cottage is outstanding. It is not hard to find ,as stated by a previous review. Car parking is right at the front door. The view is amazing. The cottage is in an elevated position, so you look over vineyards and farmland,and to mountains on the horizon. The inside if the apartment is stunning. Downstairs is a kitchen-living room ,with a separate toilet,and fireplace.The kitchen is immaculate,and finished to a very high standard, the dining furniture is quality. Up stairs is a large bathroom, with a washing machine.The bedroom is huge ,it's about 5metres by 6 metres.There is a TV and lounge in the room. This opens on to a covered deck . The bed was extremely comfortable, and the soft furnishings, towels ,sheets etc ,were quality plus. Every thing about this cottage is top quality. Don't hesitate, just book it.

We enjoyed the view from every room, from the living room, from the kitchen, from the bedroom, from the terrace.... There is a beautiful landscape that takes your breath away. The house is equipped with literally everything. My most sincere recommendations. We'd be happy to be guests again.
