Really good location and, a nice residence, The room is nice and spacious (needs a little renovation though, as the walls are cracking) but nothing serious.

It is a very reasonable hotel. Often when travelling on a budget, the cheaper places make you wish you had spent a little more. However, the feeling hotel was an utter gem. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and totally value for money. Happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was easy to settle into. Cooking facilities were excellent (as were the meals prepared by the Thai cook in our party). Sitting on the patio in the evening with the garden lights on was magical. Next time we visit Rayong with a large party I will not bother looking for any where else.

Location very peaceful, swimming pool also a bonus. Bedrooms spacious and all had air conditioning. Plenty of facilities to cook and bbq.

Location was the best part. The beach was lovely. Plenty of room for the family. The lady who showed us the house was very helpful for any issues we had. Everything we needed to live was there.
