One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the owner – he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I arrived in the middle of the night around 2am, and he was instantly responsive on WhatsApp, guiding me and making sure the keys were easy to find. That kind of care really made a difference. He also took the time to have a coffee with me and shared great advice about traveling in North Vietnam. Later, he even helped me send some lost items all the way to Thailand – truly exceptional service. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was great, and the whole space felt cozy and well thought out. I also really enjoyed the balcony – it overlooks a local school, which gives the mornings a nice, lively feel. Perfect for sipping a coffee and watching the city wake up. The location is ideal too – super central, with easy access to everything you might need in Hanoi. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. This service was definitely a huge plus, making our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I will happily recommend this hotel to my friends and will absolutely choose it again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️

There was no breakfast as part of the deal but I think I still got great value for money. The apartment was accessible by lift (it opened up directly to our apartment). Came with 2 bathrooms (one shared with the master bedroom and another common bathroom). Does not have a bathtub but that's okay. The water is hot when needed considering it was rather cold when we visited Hanoi. There were some flies around but it was not overly irritating. The apartment comes with a dishwasher and crockery and cutleries so you can order in food and consume them comfortably. Also, the stove (induction cooking), microwave oven and spacious refrigerator makes it excellent to prepare simple meals. Oh there are no utensils apart from a handful of pots and pans. The washer-slash-dryer is very useful if you're staying for an extended duration so there's no need to bring too many clothes. Just an overnight run with the machine sets you for the rest of the trip. Using the TV was a bit of a challenge as the default language was set to Vietnamese. So we did not watch much TV. There's no safe in the room so you may have to bring your valuables with you when you walk around.
