Well every Princess needs her Castle and Craighross delivers. This was a family road trip with all ages group. The rooms are amazing, huge bathrooms with underfloor heating. The views and the sound of the ocean are sensational. Huge decked area with braai and yes there is a gas option too.we hired in a chef and had all our meals in the lounge/deck area which worked for our group. Recently refurbished (I think we were the first group to use the refurbished house) meant everything thing was brand new. You truly get the sense of modern luxury in this Castle 🏰 and it's feels like your own private beach. Our experience and Nico and his team were just the best.

We were lucky to get a last minute booking here and we couldn’t fault our one night stay. From our arrival at the reception, the porter Sunshine’s friendly helpful service taking us to our beautiful accommodation, the plentiful supply of logs for the fire in our room, wonderful bath and toiletries and the delicious food both at dinner and breakfast the next day. The coffee at breakfast was the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a long time. The only disappointment was that due to load shedding we couldn’t use the spa facilities during our afternoon but I had a wonderful time using the pool , sauna etc the next day before walking back through the beautiful gardens before sadly having to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Kitchen with all utensils one can imagine. Fresh flowers everywhere. Perfect and quiet location with all hot spots in walking distance. And to top it off: Tina and Mel are the most wonderful hosts you can think of. Very kind and offering great advice what to do and where to go. In short: perfect for a couple of days - and more.

We had a lovely time. The Host was really nice even though we wanted to stay longer spontaneously and also booked one wrong night. All the mistakes came from our site. And the Host handled it well and it was no problem for them. So definitely worth it. The rooms look exactly like in the picture and everything thing was clean and ready when we arrived.
