What a wonderful experience I had staying in this lovely historic house! I had it all to myself. It felt very indulgent. It's full of character, cool and quiet. A true delight. The quirky little nook underneath the house was a real treat. It's incredible value for money and in great location. If you're driving there, be prepared to navigate some of Gjirokaster's narrow, cobbled streets! The host was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond to queries, and so clearly proud of the traditional Gjirokaster house, which has been in his family for over 300 years old. 1800's may not be to everyone's liking, but I loved it, and I would stay again!

Especially as the lady of the house came to bring us delicious food several times. She brought us rice pourage which brought me back to my youth 🤗 The bed is super comfortable, the shower and WiFi are great. The apartment has everything and more than you can wish for as its awfully furnished house. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the road up to the center and it was easy to park the car infront of the apartment. As every location up till now has been challenging to find in Albania. For us we followed google maps and then drove up the hill until we saw a bruncht blue house on the left hand side.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. - Amazing mountain views for the room - Comfortable and authentic rooms - The owners are very friendly and helpful, communication English was good, we needed to know the time when the bus to Saranda departs from bus terminal and they called couple of people and told us the time - at check-out we needed to get to bus terminal and they organised transfer for us by public bus, some friends of them helped us to board the bus and helped us get out on the right stop, very friendly approach!
