I had a great stay at Abdul,s place in Luanda. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but her team kindly helped me with my luggage, which made check-in very easy. The building is historic from the Portuguese era, but inside it’s cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, including an automatic washing machine, which was super convenient for my laundry. The location is fantastic—just steps from Luanda Bay, museums, shops, and the São Miguel Fortress. Abdul is a wonderful host, always helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Luanda!

I really like the location and how the place is clean and tide up, I love the kitchen area and the living room. The rooms are bigger and very nice and clean, I love that we don’t have to go downstairs to watch tv.

Fluent in English which is uncommon in Angola. Always at your disposal. Apartment is ideally located in Luanda's downtown, in a safe area, within walking distance to all important places. Apt is very good kept, clean and with full equipment. Very good restaurants nearby. Don't look further, go to Abdul :)

For us it was simply a bed for the night on a lay over and was perfect the owner arranged a taxi who was waiting for us on arrival and early the next morning to get us back to the airport the apartment was clean and air conditioned and the bed was comfortable

Located in Luanda, Luanda City Hostel features a shared lounge, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is around 2.6 km from Natural History Museum, Luanda, 2.8 km from Musseques Train Station and 3.7 km from Estadio Mario Santiago. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. The Hostel was AMAZING! Clean rooms and super nice staff. The owner is half English and so it was super easy to communicate. They can help you with everything at the hostel: Airport pickup (10$), exchange money for a good rate, do laundry, arrange tours (for example to Kalandula Falls, Miraduro da Lua) or help you to do it as cheap as possible.. The area felt safe and the hostel is super safe, there is a supermarket close by and in the evening many local places to eat (cheap and good). The rooms have airco, they provide towels, the water pressur is great and you can have a hot shower. For +/-5€ you can have a very big breakfast (eggs, bread, banana, coffee/tea). In the living room they even have a tv with Netflix and the wifi is super fast. The rooftop is super nice and cozy. So all in all this hostel is just fantastic - a home away from home!  Tony, the owner, and Gomez went out of their way to help me and my friends. When my friends got stuck at the national airport at midnight far away from the city they called him for help and he called his friends to find someone who was willing to pick them up - and for a fair price as well.  So I can HIGHLY recommend this place!
