I had absolutely great experience in this place, this is how it should look like everywhere. Cosy and clean room, nice people, great location in great neighborhood. All the small details in the room were smart and very practical making it great for longer stay.

I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

The property features mountain and garden views, and is less than 1 km from Golden Roof. The aparthotel has family rooms. Very nice and well set apartament, great communication and cooperation with personnel. Very tidy and comfortable. Great location with two bus stops nearby that can take you anywhere, welcome card available before we even landed in Innsbruck, honestly couldn’t be better

Rattenberg is a quaint town full of history, and the Ferienwohnung is old part of it. Initially thought location a bit way out but it turned out not to be so. Transport and supermarket all nearby within walking distance.
